Fred Baker Cycles is one of only two SHIMANO SERVICE CENTRES in Bristol. We are also CYTECH certificated. This means that our mechanics are competent to carry out repairs/service to your bicycles and we have to carry a large range of stock, enabling us to complete repairs/service swiftly with little inconvenience to you.
CYTECH is the only recognised competence standard with in the cycle industry. For peace of mind only use CYTECH approved workshops.
Normally repairs/service are taken on a first received first serve basis. However bicycle repairs/service can be booked in advance by phone or in the shops. Generally bikes are received one day and ready for collection the following day.
We do all types of repair work from fitting inner tubes and brake wires to wheel building.
We offer a FREE SAFETY CHECK on any bicycle. Just bring your bicycle(s) in and one of our mechanics will look over it. Making you awear of any problems or adjustments that need doing. This is FREE advice and there is no obligation to have any repairs/adjustments/service done by us.
