• AVAILABILITY -

  • All goods offered are subject to availability.
• DESCRIPTIONS -
  • We are careful to ensure that descriptions and photographs represent the products available correctly. We reserve the right to change specifications from time to time. We will not dispatch any significant variations without your agreement. Goods sold at discount prices as remnants or as substandard stock will be identified and will be stated to be sold as such.
• PRICES -
  • We will maintain printed prices for as long as possible. However, if costs increase, we do reserve the right to charge the increased price at the time of despatch, and will notify you accordingly. Should you consider the new price to be too high, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.
• VAT -
  • All All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. All orders to address within EU member states will be charge VAT at the current rate, where applicable.
• PAYMENT -
  • Strictly prior to despatch, and only ever upon despatch. We will not take payment for items which Fred Baker Cycles cannot despatch.
• CREDIT FACILITIES -
  • We regret that we cannot offer any credit facilities for internet sales. Credit sales may only be accepted on the retail premises of Fred Baker Cycles.
• TITLE -
  • Title to the goods will only pass to the purchaser once the goods have been paid for in full.
• CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT –
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon acceptance of a contract of sale. This is only possible when a valid e-mail has been submitted with your order. Should you fail to receive a ‘Confirmation of Order’ e-mail after submitting your order, please call on 0117 9249 610 or e-mail: sales@fredbakercycles.co.uk No contract will subsist between you and Fred Baker Cycles for the sale to you of any product unless and until Fred Baker Cycles accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it is despatching your product.
• CARRIAGE -
  • Carriage is charged on all consignments at the current rate. All mail orders packages will require a signature on delivery.
• RETURNS -

• How to Return

  1. Take your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
  2. Choose a suitable method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (you are advised to take out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning).
  3. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.

  We want you to feel confident about shopping with Fred baker cycles. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.

• Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:

  • Under garments including, baselayers, padded shorts / leggings, socks;
  • Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery);
  • Goods made to your specification;
  • CD,DVD or other recording media if their seal is broken;
  • Publications and Journals, such as magazines etc.

  This does not affect your statutory rights.

  Any manufacturers Warranty offered is in addition to the legal rights a consumer already has under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
